Medical City Dallas is 1 mile from the Forest Lane DART station. A free shuttle is available morning until 10:00 am and afternoon starting at 2:00 pm.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00am to noon

Arrangements may be made at other times for

• Patients/families travelling from more than 100 miles away
• Patients coordinating a day-long visit with multiple Medical City physicians
• Patients/Parents coming for test result counseling

The office is closed on major holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year

Insurance coverage varies widely. The fact that Tesserae Genetics contracts with a particular company does not guarantee that you are covered. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm that your coverage includes genetic services and genetic testing. Our office is happy to help if you have questions.

A flat fee is charged for self-pay patients and payment plans are negotiable. Please call or email for information.
